Pierre Whitmore
Commercial Director MCIOB
Pierre has over 25 years’ experience in UK construction, property, and development, having led and managed high-end residential and commercial construction businesses, as well as property development ventures.
He is a specialist in complex and listed buildings, with deep expertise in Building Safety Regulator (BSR) compliance and high-risk projects.
George Carter
Build Director
George brings his knowledge from the tech industry to give Carter & Whitmore its edge. He is the point of contact for our contractors, ensuring high quality talent is acquired and managed accordingly.
He met Pierre whilst they worked on similar BSR tools, and they started Carter & Whitmore shortly after.
Imogen Hayes
Head of Client Partnerships
Imogen studied at Central Saint Martins and KLC, bringing together a strong understanding of design with a practical approach to project delivery.
With experience across estate agency, interior design, and project management, she specialises in high-end residential projects, working closely with clients and design teams.
Edward Ashby
Head of Specialist Projects
Edward has been immersed in the world of property for his whole career. After studying Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University, he worked in residential sales at Strutt & Parker for six years. During Covid, he founded The Page, a highly successful platform for residential renovations.
He works on Carter & Whitmore on specialist projects, ensuring that any project can be completed to the upmost standard.
Daniel Marsh
Operations Director
Daniel brings eight years of operations experience, specialising in blending systems thinking with hands-on delivery. He specialises in scaling teams, tightening processes, and ensuring complex residential projects run smoothly, on time, and to exacting standards consistently.
Freya Doyle
Creative Coordinator
Freya’s experience, over the last 5 years, in property development and marketing are integral to managing the perception and image of our brand. She brings a unique finesse to Carter & Whitmore, thanks to her theatrical and literary background.

Poppy has the temperament and lifestyle resembling that of a princess. She’s energetic and loyal, but still doesn’t understand how mirrors work.
